Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty.
Metal Gear is an Action or as its called Tactical Espionage game for the playstation which is one of my all time faves. You play through the game as a superhero named Solid Snake. The object in both games is to kill the bad guys. For a more lengthy summary of the games go to one of these sites.
